How large is the backdrop stand?
The stand is adjustable, allowing it to range from approximately 3 ft 4 in up to 8 ft 2 in in height and from approximately 3 ft up to 8 ft in width. The final dimensions can be adjusted based on the agreed design for your event.
Does the backdrop stand include draping?
No. This rental includes the gold backdrop stand only. Draping is available separately unless it is specifically included in your selected package or rental agreement.
Are balloons, florals, or other decorations included?
No. Decorative items shown with the stand are not automatically included. Balloons, florals, signage, draping, neon signs, and other décor are separate unless listed as part of your selected rental or package.
How much décor can be attached to the stand?
For safe use of the stand, attached décor should remain under 8 lbs. The type, placement, and amount of décor may also be limited by the setup and event conditions.
Can the backdrop stand be used outdoors?
Outdoor use may be possible when the location and weather conditions allow for a safe setup. Wind, rain, uneven surfaces, and other outdoor conditions may affect whether the stand can be safely installed.

If setup is included with your rental, our team will assemble and position the backdrop stand according to the agreed setup for your event.
