This notice explains how SEE Event Rentals handles information when you visit seeeventrentals.com, contact us, request rentals, make a booking, or use My SEE Account. SEE Event Rentals serves customers from Jacksonville, Florida.

Information you provide

When you contact us or request a quote, we receive the information you enter. This can include your name, email, phone number, event type, event date and times, estimated guest count, venue and event address, rental selections, service needs, and messages or instructions.

If you create an account, we also keep account information, saved contact details, email-confirmation information, and preferences you choose. Booking and order records may include your rental history, agreements, invoices, payment status, and communications. Please provide only the information needed for your request and avoid putting sensitive information or children’s personal information in notes.

Information from website visits

Our website, hosting, security, and other service providers can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages and resources requested, approximate location derived from an IP address, and the date and time of a visit. This information helps deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain security.

Optional analytics or advertising tools, when enabled and allowed by your cookie settings, may also receive online identifiers, referral information, and information about how visitors use the site. These tools can help measure website use and advertising results. Their availability and behavior depend on the services configured on the site and your choices.

How we use information

If you separately ask to hear about SEE’s future rental membership program, we keep that preference for those notices. Creating an account or requesting a quote does not automatically sign you up. You can change this preference in Account details or contact SEE to withdraw it.

Accounts and past rental requests

An account is optional. Guest quote requests remain available. Registered customers can manage account details and view orders assigned to their account. After confirming their current account email, they can view quote requests submitted with that email and choose to link unowned past guest orders with the same billing email. Orders already assigned to another account are not reassigned. Saved contact information may prefill empty contact fields in a new quote; event details and consent choices must be entered for each request. Contact SEE about missing past requests or orders; we will verify ownership before disclosing or linking records.

Keep your login details private and use a unique password. A new quote request uses current rental prices and requires its own event details. An account, saved order, or quote request does not confirm rental availability or reserve equipment.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and similar technologies help the website remember login sessions, support security, and operate features. The quote basket and favorites can store rental identifiers and quantities in your browser so those choices remain available on the same device. Account contact details are not intentionally saved in the quote basket’s browser storage.

Necessary site functions may operate without optional-cookie consent. Where offered, cookie controls let you accept, reject, or change optional analytics and marketing choices. You can also control cookies and site storage through your browser. Disabling necessary storage can affect login, saved selections, or other features. A browser preference does not remove information already submitted to SEE.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to operate the website and business. These can include WordPress/WooCommerce software and related services, hosting and security providers, email and communication services, image delivery services, mapping services for delivery planning, and payment processors when a payment is arranged. Website images and related resources may be served through Automattic/Jetpack services, which can receive technical request information.

We share information with providers and people helping fulfill your request as needed for those purposes. Optional analytics and advertising providers may receive visit information according to the site’s configuration and your choices. We may also disclose information when reasonably needed to comply with law, address a dispute, protect rights or safety, or carry out a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. Following an external link takes you to a service we do not control. Advertising-related data sharing, when enabled, may be treated as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws; cookie choices and applicable privacy requests can limit this activity. Contact us if you need help with a privacy choice.

Payments

The quote form does not require payment-card details. Do not enter card numbers or other sensitive payment information in quote notes or ordinary email. If payment is arranged through a payment provider, that provider handles the information submitted through its payment process. SEE may receive transaction information needed to manage the booking.

How long information is kept

We keep information to manage requests and accounts, fulfill rentals, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Our current systems do not automatically delete every quote, account, or booking record on a fixed schedule. You may request deletion, and we will review what can be removed and what needs to be retained. Backups and provider records may take additional time to expire or be removed.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can review available account details, use the site’s cookie controls, or contact SEE to change a notification preference or ask about your information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information, or to opt out of certain advertising-related uses.

Email seeeventrentals@gmail.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will review requests under applicable requirements and explain any limitations, such as information needed for an existing booking, legal obligations, security, or a dispute. If you believe a request has not been handled correctly, contact us to ask for a further review.

Security and children

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to help protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please notify us if you believe your account or information has been misused.

Our website and accounts are intended for adults arranging rentals and celebrations. Please do not submit children’s personal or sensitive information in quote notes. If you believe a child has provided information directly through the site, contact us so we can review it.

Location and updates

SEE operates in Florida. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations, where privacy rules can differ. We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated when required.
